- Full payment must be made at least 30 days prior to the departure date.

- Cancellations made 60 days before departure will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 30-59 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 29 days of departure are non-refundable.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days.
- Guests are required to follow all safety protocols and instructions from the crew.
- Any disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior may result in disembarkation without refund.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
