Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Pharaoh Cruise Ocean Line. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making your booking. By confirming your reservation, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payments

- All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed with a minimum deposit of 20% of the total fare.
- Full payment must be made at least 30 days prior to the departure date.
- Payment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods listed on our website.

2. Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made 60 days before departure will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made 30-59 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 29 days of departure are non-refundable.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days.

3. Onboard Conduct

- Guests are required to follow all safety protocols and instructions from the crew.
- Any disruptive, illegal, or unsafe behavior may result in disembarkation without refund.
- Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

4. Liability

- Pharaoh Cruise Ocean Line is not responsible for personal injuries, loss of property, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or medical emergencies.
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all passengers.
